## Gaps

- Only items 4, 5, 10–13 are founders' own words, and most are after-state praise. Pain in the founder's own voice comes mainly through Pareto reporting it.
- Next source to close the gap: sales-call transcripts or matching-form free-text answers (needs Nazim/Pareto permission), or public forums and YouTube comments (Day 5 method).
