# Day 8 — Content, Personal Brand & Social Media

- Traffic comes from organic or paid sources and can be outbound or inbound, cold or hot. Organic still costs time, salaries, and tools.
- The path is TOFU, MOFU, BOFU. Every step can lose a lead: ad impression, click, page load, content, CTA, form, thank-you page, and conversion tracking.
- A thank-you page must confirm the action, explain next steps, offer support, and remove buyer's remorse.
- A personal brand becomes a moat because competitors can copy an offer or feature but cannot copy earned trust in a specific founder's voice.
- Research five to ten creators in the same niche before scripting. Study cadence, strongest platform, winning formats, and stale content.
- A useful ICP is one memorized paragraph that names the revenue floor, pain, and buying decision-maker and disqualifies most readers.
- Use exact client language from calls. Build every ad from persona, pain, objection, and language rather than marketer paraphrase.
- The four-gate Idea Test: one message, real pain, broad appeal, and an immediate curiosity hook.
- The seven-factor Pareto Score (0–3 each): view potential, proven concept, intrigue, ICP resonance, payoff, pre-selling power, and brand alignment. Ship 16+, repair 12–15, bank 11 or under. Brand alignment can veto.
- Strong ad structure: hook, offer, qualifier, proof, mechanism, and one CTA.
- Meta is interest-based demand generation; Google captures existing search intent. Track CTR, conversion rate, CAC, ROAS, and LTV:CAC, with a target above 3:1.
- Use GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel plus Conversions API so decisions are not based on a single platform's incomplete reporting.
- Homework: define five cause-based personas for Kasim, generate angles, select three funnel-stage combinations, research five competitors, and build an ad plan.

## Relevance to the final project

- The mini research brain, ICP, three personas, competitor lead magnets, five ad angles, qualification questions, and measurement plan all come from this day.
