# Day 6 — HighLevel: Run the Funnel

- The hero controls whether the rest of the funnel matters. It needs a direct title, short supporting description, useful visual or video, and visible proof above the fold.
- The funnel chain is traffic, landing page, form, and CRM. The form is where an anonymous visitor becomes a tracked contact.
- HighLevel provides contact management, multi-channel communication, pipelines and opportunities, and reporting.
- A contact is a person; an opportunity is that person's specific journey toward an outcome, attached to a pipeline stage and value.
- A useful pipeline can run from registered, attended, booked a call, client, to churned or lost. The final project adds an unqualified stage.
- Workflow building uses the Day 4 pattern: trigger, condition, action, and delay.
- A real opt-in workflow: form submitted, tag assigned, opportunity created, internal notification sent, and email sequence started.
- The class sequence has five jobs: immediate thank-you, value or hype, practical reminder, launch-day message, and urgency follow-up.
- Stripe can connect once and collect one-time or recurring payments inside HighLevel. A single related upsell is preferred over a stack of upsells.
- Nurture types include welcome, newsletter, and product launch. Remarketing is a separate re-engagement workflow for people who went quiet.
- Weekly metrics: open rate (roughly 20–40% target), click rate (roughly 2–5%), conversion rate, unsubscribe rate (under 0.5%), and list growth.
- Homework: create a five-stage pipeline, embed a form, build the tag/opportunity/notification/email workflow, and test it end to end.

## Relevance to the final project

- The graded funnel needs a qualifying form, split paths for qualified and unqualified founders, CRM stages, resource delivery, follow-up, booking confirmation, and a tested full chain.
